Flexible cable OZ-600 – reliability and durability in every application
The OZ-600 flexible cable is a proven choice for installations requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Designed for medium mechanical loads, it is ideal for flexible connections where avoiding tensile stress is important. Construction and properties ensuring versatility
This cable is characterized by a solid construction. Made of stranded copper conductors, insulated with special PVC (TI2), it provides good conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are black with white numbers, which facilitates identification even when the outer jacket is partially exposed – this is particularly useful during assembly and servicing. The outer jacket made of PVC (TM2) is resistant to UV radiation, oils and chemicals, which increases the cable's durability in harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, the cable has passed tests confirming its self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties (VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1).
The cable is available with 5 conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², and its outer diameter is 10.7 mm. This cable complies with DIN VDE 0262 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-5 standards, which confirms its high quality and safety. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 1 kV.
