Universal control cable for industrial and installation applications

This three-core UL-CSA 600V cable is a flexible solution for control systems, designed for both industrial and building installations. It meets UL and CSA standards, guaranteeing safety and reliability in a variety of applications. This cable is particularly useful where resistance to oils and greases is required.

Construction and properties

The cable features a solid construction with stranded copper cores, providing flexibility and resistance to bending. The core insulation is made of high-quality PVC, ensuring good electrical and mechanical insulation. The cores are twisted in parallel, and the whole is surrounded by a durable outer PVC jacket in gray (RAL 7001). This makes the cable resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage. Additionally, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

The cable has a yellow-green protective core, which increases safety. It is resistant to mineral, synthetic and water-based coolants – making it an ideal choice for industrial environments exposed to contact with these substances. It meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2 and UL VW-1/CSA FT1 standards in terms of fire resistance. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of the installation.

Technical parameters and scope of applications

The cable has a cross-section of 0.5 mm² (AWG 20) and a rated voltage of 600V. It can be operated at temperatures from -40°C to +90°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible). The minimum bending radius is 4x cable diameter for fixed laying and 7.5x cable diameter during dynamic operation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 5.9 mm. It is intended for laying in dry and damp rooms with medium mechanical load – it must not be used outdoors. It is ideal for connecting a control panel to a machine or other industrial device.
