Control cable UL-CSA – reliability and flexibility in every application
This dual-standard control cable, with a voltage of 600V and flexibility up to 90°C, is an ideal solution for control systems in industry. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of the installation. Made of high-quality materials, it provides safe and reliable connections between the control panel and the machine or other device. Its construction makes it perfect for use in dry and humid environments, with medium mechanical load.
The cable is characterized by a cross-section of 6 mm² (AWG10) and has five core wires, including a protective conductor. It is made of un-tinned copper, stranded wire twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, BS 6360 cl. 5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5 standards. The core insulation is made of special PVC TI3, meeting the requirements of DIN VDE 0207-363-3 / DIN EN 50363-3 and UL-Std. 1581 cl. 43. The outer jacket is made of PVC YM5, providing resistance to mechanical damage and external factors.

- Material without harmful substances: does not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.
The cable has been designed with durability and reliability in mind. It has high insulation resistance (minimum 20 MOhm x km) and high breakdown voltage (minimum 6000 V). In addition, the materials used in production are self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, providing additional safety in the event of a fire (tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1, UL VW-1, CSA FT1). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 13.9 mm, which facilitates its installation and routing in electrical installations.
