Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on a multi-strand copper core (class 5), providing high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation is made of PVC TI3, guaranteeing good electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. Parallel twisted cores facilitate installation and connection. The outer jacket made of special PVC YM5 provides protection against mechanical damage, moisture and the influence of oils. The cable is available in gray (RAL 7001) and supplied in meter lengths, making it easy to precisely adapt to installation needs.

In addition, this cable has UL and CSA approvals, confirming its compliance with stringent safety standards. It is resistant to mineral, synthetic and water-based coolants – which is particularly important in industrial environments. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting. The cable meets the requirements of self-extinguishing and flame-retardant PVC tests (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1, UL VW-1, CSA FT1).

Technical parameters and application

The cable has a rated voltage of 600 V and a core cross-section of 1 mm² (AWG18). Its outer diameter is approximately 6.6 mm. The permissible operating temperature range is -40°C to +90°C (stationary) and -5°C to +90°C (flexible). The cable is intended for laying in dry and humid rooms with medium mechanical load – it should not be used outdoors. It is ideal for connections between a control panel and a machine or other industrial equipment. It can be used in control systems, building automation or in machines and equipment requiring flexible control cables with high resistance to external factors.
