Flexible shielded cable – reliability and protection in harsh conditions

This flexible JZ-600-Y-CY 4G150 cable with a cross-section of 150 mm² is a solid solution for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. The cable is designed to operate in dry, humid and wet rooms, as well as outdoors, although it should not be laid directly in the ground or water. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures safe and efficient power transmission in various industrial environments.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that ensures durability and safety. The multi-strand, flexible copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with special PVC TI2, which guarantees good flexibility and resistance to damage. Black conductors are numbered for easy identification, which facilitates installation and servicing. Additionally, the cable has a screen made of tinned copper wires with a high density (85% coverage), which minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC) ensuring a stable signal. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 is resistant to UV radiation, oils and chemicals. The cable is metered, which makes it easier to precisely adjust the length to the needs of the installation.
