Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction designed for durability and reliability. It is made of stranded copper wire (class 5), which ensures high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The wire insulation is made of PVC Z 7225, and the copper braid effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference. The wires are black with white numerical printing for easy identification, which is especially useful during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the cable has an external protective coating of PVC TM2, resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation. It is worth noting that the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.
Applications and technical parameters
The OZ-500-C cable is perfect for mechanical industry, control systems, signaling and measurements - especially in production lines and conveyor belts. It can be used both in dry and humid environments and outdoors (excluding direct laying in the ground or water). The cable is designed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 500V, and the wire cross-section is 1 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.4 mm with 12 wires.
