This black, four-core cable OZ-500-C is an ideal solution for medium-duty installations requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for a wide range of applications, both indoors and outdoors – in dry, humid, and even wet conditions. Its construction ensures safe and efficient power transmission in mechanical engineering, control systems, signaling, and measurement.

Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation

The OZ-500-C cable stands out with its solid construction. Made of stranded copper wire (class 5), insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), it provides flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. Additionally, a copper braid screen minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial environments. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer PVC coating (TM2) in black (RAL 9005).

It can be used in dry, humid, and wet rooms, as well as outdoors – with the proviso that it cannot be laid directly in the ground or water. Thanks to its properties, it is perfect for mechanical engineering in control, signaling, and measurement in production lines and conveyor belts. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 10.6 mm.
