Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction designed for long-term operation. Made of stranded copper core (class 5), insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), it provides flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The cores are black with white numbers, which facilitates identification during installation. The copper braided screen effectively protects against electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of PVC TM2 provides additional protection against external factors. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing during assembly.

Key product features include a core cross-section of 1 mm², rated voltage of 500 V, 5 cores and an outer diameter of approximately 8.8 mm. The insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range - from -40°C to +80°C after installation and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. Insulation resistance is minimum 20 MOhm x km.

The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. It is also compliant with standards regarding self-extinguishing and flame retardancy (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2).
