Highly durable cable for control, regulation, machine industry and electronics applications. This shielded flexible cable Y-CY-JZ 5G25 is an ideal solution. The cable, made of high-quality materials, ensures reliable signal and pulse transmission, minimizing interference. The use of a dense shielding braid guarantees electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which is crucial in environments highly sensitive to interference.
The cable is characterized by a solid construction designed for demanding working conditions. Multi-strand, twisted copper cores provide flexibility and resistance to bending. PVC Z 7225 insulation and a transparent PVC outer jacket protect the cable from mechanical damage and external factors. The cores are black with white numbering, making identification easier during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective core for increased safety.
The cable is resistant to oils and many chemicals – detailed information on chemical resistance can be found in the technical data sheet. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not disrupt painting. The cable has passed PVC self-extinguishing and flame-retardant tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1-2 standards.
The Y-CY-JZ 5G25 cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -15°C to +80°C during flexible operation and from -40°C to +80°C with fixed installation. The rated voltage U is 500V, and the core cross-section is 25 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 32.2 mm. The minimum bending radius during flexible operation is 10x the cable diameter, and with fixed installation – 5x the cable diameter.
This cable is used primarily as:

Thanks to its flexibility and durability, this cable performs perfectly in both fixed and mobile installations. The product meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
