This 18-core control cable JZ-603 with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² is a versatile solution for installations in machines, control systems and assembly lines. Construction and properties

The JZ-603 cable is characterized by a solid construction, using stranded copper conductors twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards. The core insulation is made of high-quality PVC TI2, which provides good electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. The cores are identified with white numbers on a black background, and in the version with a protective conductor – a yellow-green core is also present. The whole is surrounded by an oil-resistant outer coating made of PVC TM5, which protects the cable from the influence of oils and greases. The cable is metered for easy installation and adaptation to installation needs.

In addition, the cable meets strict UL-CSA-HAR standards, which confirms its safety and compliance with international standards. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. It also has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties (IEC 60332-1-2, UL-VW-1, CSA FT1).

The cable is characterized by the number of cores being 18 and the nominal cross-section of the core being 1.5 mm². The insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the outer coating is also made of PVC. The rated voltage is 500 V. The cable retains its properties in the temperature range from -5°C to +70°C (flexible operation) and from -40°C to +70°C (stationary operation). The outer diameter is approximately 17.4 mm, and the radiation resistance reaches up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad). The minimum bending radius during flexible operation is 7.5 x cable diameter, and with fixed laying – 4 x cable diameter.
