This black 500V LIFT-TRAGO 20G1 crane control cable with a hemp core element is a robust solution for demanding applications in lifting equipment. Designed for intensive use, it provides safe and stable connections in cranes, hoists, derricks and other manually controlled devices. The construction with a central hemp core element guarantees strength and resistance to tensile forces, and a special outer coating protects against mechanical damage and weather conditions.

Construction and properties

The LIFT-TRAGO cable is characterized by a careful construction using high-quality materials. Copper strands, stranded according to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 6, BS 6360 cl. 6 and IEC 60228 cl. 6 standards, ensure excellent electrical conductivity. The core insulation made of PVC TI2 (DIN VDE 0207-363-3 / DIN EN 50363-3) guarantees safe use. A yellow-green protective conductor, compliant with DIN VDE 0293, further increases the safety level of the installation. A multi-strand braid supports the mechanical strength of the cable, and the outer coating made of special PVC TM2 (DIN VDE 0207-363-4-1 / DIN EN 50363-4-1) provides resistance to abrasion and external factors.

This cable has been designed to meet stringent safety and quality standards. The materials used in its production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. It also has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties (tested according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1). The minimum bending radius is approximately 20 x cable diameter, which facilitates installation even in tight spaces.

Application and parameters

The LIFT-TRAGO cable is ideal for use in harsh industrial conditions. Its construction allows operation in a temperature range from -15°C to +70°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +70°C (stationary). The rated voltage Uo/U is 300/500V, and the test voltage is 3000V. This ensures reliable operation even under high loads and extreme temperatures.
