Universal control cable UL Style 2464

This black, three-core UL Style 2464 cable is a flexible and reliable solution for applications in electrical installations where high quality and compliance with standards are required. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction based on twisted copper strands, which ensures flexibility and ease of installation. PVC insulation guarantees good protection against mechanical damage and environmental impact. The outer jacket made of PVC provides additional protection against moisture, oils and solvents. The cores are identified by colors, which makes them easier to distinguish during installation. The cable complies with UL and CSA standards, which confirms its high quality and safety of use.

• Flexibility: Thanks to the multi-strand core construction (class 5), the cable is easy to route and bend, even in tight spaces.
• Resistance: Materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances hindering painting. The cable is resistant to oils, solvents, acids and alkalis.
• Safety: The cable has passed PVC flame retardant tests according to UL VW-1 and CSA FT1, which provides additional safety in case of fire.
• Wide temperature range: The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -20°C to +80°C (during fixed installation) and from -10°C to +80°C during flexible use.

The cable has a nominal core cross-section of 0.34 mm², a rated voltage of 300V and an approximate outer diameter of 4.4 mm. It is designed to operate at temperatures from -10°C to +80°C during installation and from -20°C to +80°C after installation (without vibration). The minimum bending radius is 15x cable diameter during flexible operation and 7.5x cable diameter during fixed installation. The cable construction consists of three twisted copper cores with a structure of 7x0.254 mm².
