Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a stranded wire construction (class 5), which provides high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Copper conductors, insulated with PVC, are twisted in parallel, which facilitates installation and connection. The outer jacket made of special PVC provides additional protection against mechanical damage, oils, solvents, acids and bases. Designed to operate in a temperature range from -10°C to +80°C (flexible) and -20°C to +80°C (stationary), making it an ideal choice for various industrial and commercial environments. The rated voltage of 300V ensures safe use in standard applications.

Applications and compliance with standards

The cable is used in control and measuring devices, mechanical engineering, computer industry, conveyors, air conditioning systems, and in measurements and control. It is a versatile cable that will work both in fixed installations and in applications requiring frequent bending. It meets the requirements of UL standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. In addition, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances hindering painting. The cable has passed UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 flame-retardant PVC tests, providing additional safety. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7.5 mm with a conductor cross-section of 0.56 mm².
