Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a multi-strand, flexible construction of tinned copper conductors, which facilitates installation and ensures resistance to material fatigue during frequent bending. PVC insulation class 43 guarantees good electrical insulation and resistance to external factors. The strands are twisted in parallel, and the entire cable is surrounded by a special outer PVC coating, available in grey or black (depending on preference). The materials used are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not contain substances that hinder painting.

The cable has passed tests confirming its flame resistance (UL VW-1, CSA FT1), which increases safety of use. Additionally, it is resistant to oils, solvents, acids and alkalis. Designed to operate at temperatures from -10°C to +80°C (flexible) and from -20°C to +80°C (stationary). The minimum bending radius is 15x the cable diameter during flexible operation and 7.5x the diameter for fixed installation.
