Universal control and signal cable UL Style 2464

This gray, four-core UL Style 2464 cable is a flexible and reliable solution for a wide range of applications – from installations in machines and equipment, to control and measurement systems. Designed for durability and safety, it meets stringent UL/CSA standards, guaranteeing its high quality and reliability. Construction and properties

The cable features a construction based on twisted copper cores, providing flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. PVC insulation class 43 guarantees good electrical insulation and resistance to oils, solvents, acids and bases. The outer jacket made of the same material further protects the cable from mechanical damage. The cores are identified by colors according to DIN 47100 or the international color code, making them easy to distinguish during installation. The minimum bending radius is 15x cable diameter for flexible operation and 7.5x diameter for fixed installation.

The cable complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and has passed UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 PVC flame retardancy tests. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that hinder painting.

Applications and parameters

The cable is used in control and measuring devices, mechanical industry, computer industry, conveyors, air conditioning systems and in applications related to measurements and control. It will work well as a flexible connection in places exposed to movement or vibration.
