This multi-core PAAR-CY-OZ cable is a reliable solution for transmitting control, measurement and data signals in environments exposed to electromagnetic interference. The braided shield construction provides effective protection against external interference sources, ensuring stable and precise transmission. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a flexible construction, making it easy to lay and install even in tight spaces. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Twisted copper cores insulated with special PVC provide good flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The shield made of copper wires effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference, and the outer jacket made of special PVC protects the cable from the influence of chemicals and oils. Additionally, the cable complies with safety standards and has a CE certificate.

The cable consists of 32 copper cores twisted into 16 pairs, each with a cross-section of 1 mm². Shielding is provided by a braid of copper wires, effectively protecting against electromagnetic interference. Core insulation is made of special PVC (TI2), resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage, guaranteeing long-term operation. The outer jacket is made of durable PVC (TM2), resistant to oils and chemicals, increasing the cable's resistance to external factors. Core numbering facilitates identification during installation and servicing, speeding up the connection process. The cable maintains flexibility in the temperature range of -5°C to +80°C during dynamic operation and from -30°C to +80°C after installation, enabling its use in various environmental conditions. The rated voltage of the cable is 300/500 V – a standard operating voltage for control and measurement installations, ensuring safe operation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 19 mm, making it easier to lay in a limited space without the need for large bending radii.

This cable is metered, allowing for precise adjustment of the length to the needs of a specific application. This is particularly important in installations where minimizing material waste is crucial. Additionally, the absence of a yellow-green protective core (OZ designation) allows for cost optimization in applications where it is not required. The possibility of ordering cables with other cross-sections and outer jacket colors increases the flexibility of the product's application.
