PVC flat cable 4G10 mm² black, coloured cores acc. to DIN VDE 0293-308 27019
Flat cable for industrial applications and installations
This flat PVC cable with colored cores is a versatile solution for a wide range of applications, both in fixed installations and where flexibility is required. With a cross-section of 10 mm², this cable is perfect for conveyor systems, elevators, cranes, and in the machinery industry. Its construction ensures reliability and safety of use.
Construction and properties
The cable is designed for demanding working conditions. Made of multi-strand copper conductors surrounded by PVC insulation, it provides good flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The parallel arrangement of the cores facilitates cable routing, and the yellow-green protective conductor guarantees safety. The outer sheath made of PVC protects the cable from external factors. Additionally, the cable is characterized by high resistance to oils and chemicals – which is particularly important in industrial environments. Remember to maintain an appropriate bending radius (approx. 10 x cable thickness) during installation to ensure its long-term efficiency.
Parameters and application
The cable meets the standards EN 50214 and DIN VDE 0283-2, which confirms its high quality and safety. The rated voltage U0/U is 450/750 V, making it suitable for most standard electrical installations. The operating temperature range is wide – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +70°C (flexible), allowing it to be used in various environmental conditions. The cable is available in black (RAL 9005). It is also important to pay attention to the minimum bending radius of approximately 10 times the cable thickness – this is crucial for maintaining its flexibility and avoiding damage to the cores.
