This crane control cable, designated LIFT-2S, is a specialized solution designed for operation in demanding conditions typical of lifting equipment, cranes and conveyor belts. The LIFT-2S cable is characterized by a solid construction. Copper strands are twisted into bundles and then insulated with special PVC (TI2), which ensures flexibility and resistance to external factors. Additionally, the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor increases safety. A unique feature is the use of two steel supporting cables, which provide high tensile strength and tear resistance. In the event of damage to the steel load-bearing element, the cable insulation remains intact, minimizing the risk of short circuit and ensuring continued operation. A multi-strand braid further strengthens the cable construction. The whole is surrounded by a special PVC (TM2), resistant to abrasion and weathering.

The LIFT-2S cable has been designed with the specific requirements of lifting equipment in mind. It is ideal for cranes, manually operated lifting devices and conveyor systems. This is a product compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking), which confirms its safety and high quality of workmanship. The cable meets DIN VDE 0250 standards and has a rated voltage of 300/500V and a test voltage of 3000V. The minimum bending radius is 20 x cable diameter, which facilitates installation even in tight spaces. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting, making it environmentally friendly. Additionally, the cable is UV resistant and self-extinguishing and flame retardant (tested according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1).
