This black LIFT-2S crane control cable with a 500V voltage and a steel load-bearing element is designed for demanding applications in lifting equipment. Construction and parameters for professionals
The LIFT-2S cable is characterized by a solid construction, providing high mechanical and electrical resistance. Made of stranded copper conductors, insulated with special PVC (TI2), it has 24 conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm². The central load-bearing element made of two steel wires ensures tensile strength and stability during operation. A multi-strand braid further reinforces the construction, and the outer PVC (TM2) coating protects against external factors. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500V, and the test voltage is 3000V. The minimum bending radius is 20 x cable diameter.
Safety and compliance with standards
The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0250 and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. It also has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties, confirmed by tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1. This ensures a high level of safety.
