Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction. Copper strands, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, are insulated with special PVC TI2. A yellow-green protective conductor provides additional safety. A key element is the steel load-bearing element – in the event of damage, it does not cause a break in the cable insulation, minimizing the risk of failure and downtime. A multi-strand braid supports mechanical strength, and the outer PVC TM2 coating protects against external factors.

The cable has been designed for demanding applications – it is resistant to UV radiation and meets standards for self-extinguishing and flame retardancy (IEC 60332-1-2). The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.

This cable is distinguished by: a rated voltage of 300/500 V, which ensures versatility in electrical installations; a number of 30 cores enabling the transmission of control signals for complex systems; an outer coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) providing resistance to abrasion; a steel load-bearing element guaranteeing high strength; a wide operating temperature range from -15°C to +70°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +70°C (stationary); and a minimum bending radius of 20 x cable diameter, making it easy to install in tight spaces.
