This 10-core JZ-HF 10G0.5 cable is a proposal for professionals and end-users who need a reliable and flexible cable. It is designed for applications in mechanical engineering, robotics and anywhere where freedom of routing and resistance to bending are important. Its construction allows for safe use in cable chains, as well as in flexible connections without tensile stress.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides high flexibility and durability. Fine-stranded copper conductors, insulated with special PVC, are twisted in parallel and surrounded by a fleece braid. The whole is protected by an outer PVC TM5 coating, resistant to abrasion and mechanical factors. The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting.

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. The cable is tested for self-extinguishing and flame retardancy (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2) and oil resistance (DIN VDE 0473-811-404 / DIN EN 60811-404).

Operating parameters and temperature range

This cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 500V and a core cross-section of 0.5 mm². It can be operated in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C in stationary operation and from -10°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter in dynamic operation and 4 x cable diameter in stationary operation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.1 mm.
