This 25-core JZ-HF cable with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² is the ideal solution wherever exceptional flexibility and reliability are required. The cable is designed for intensive use in mechanical engineering, robotics and in the production of devices. Thanks to its special construction, it provides high resistance to bending and twisting, making it an excellent choice for dynamic connections.
Construction and properties
The JZ-HF cable is distinguished by careful workmanship and the use of high-quality materials. Fine-stranded copper cores, insulated with special PVC, ensure good conductivity and flexibility. The cores are twisted in parallel and numbered for easy identification. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores), which increases safety. A fleece braid and an outer PVC TM5 coating provide additional protection against mechanical damage and external factors.
This cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards, which guarantees its high quality and safety. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The cable is also oil-resistant and self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, as confirmed by tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1-2.
User parameters and scope of applications
The JZ-HF cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -10°C to +80°C during flexible operation. The rated voltage is 500 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible routing and 4 x cable diameter for fixed routing. The cable is also resistant to radiation up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad).
