This flexible JZ-HF 30G0.75 cable is a reliable solution for electrical connections in demanding conditions. Construction and properties

The JZ-HF 30G0.75 cable has been designed for intensive use. It consists of 30 fine-stranded copper conductors, insulated with special PVC (Z 7225). The conductors are twisted in parallel and secured with a fleece braid, and the whole is surrounded by a durable outer PVC coating (TM5). Black conductors are numbered with white digits for easy identification. A yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) is also available. Thanks to this construction, the cable provides exceptional flexibility, which is particularly important in dynamic applications such as cable chains.

This cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 300/500V, and the test voltage is 4000V. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. In addition, the PVC coating is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, increasing safety.
