Construction and properties

The Pflex 121 cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees high flexibility and mechanical strength. It consists of multi-strand copper conductors class 6, surrounded by a special insulation. Power and control cores are twisted in pairs and arranged in parallel, minimizing electromagnetic interference. In addition, a copper braid screen provides effective protection against external interference. The whole is wrapped in a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage.

The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 22 mm, and the outer jacket material is polyurethane (PUR). The rated voltage is VDE U0/U 0.6/1 kV and UL 1000 V, and the minimum bending radius is 7.5 times the cable diameter.
