Photovoltaic installation cable – reliability and durability

SOLARFLEX®-X H1Z2Z2-K cable is a high-quality, single-core cable designed for wiring photovoltaic systems. Manufactured in accordance with EN 50618 standard, it ensures safe and efficient energy transmission from solar panels. Its construction and materials guarantee long-term operation even in harsh weather conditions. This cable is particularly recommended for outdoor applications, including direct burial in the ground (although the use of protective conduits is recommended).

Construction and properties

The SOLARFLEX®-X cable features a tinned copper core with a cross-section of 10 mm², providing excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The insulation and outer jacket are made of halogen-free materials, resistant to UV radiation and ozone. These are key features for ensuring the safety and longevity of the installation. The maximum permissible DC system voltage must not exceed 1.8 kV. The cable is suitable for use with devices of protection class II.
