This shielded RE-2Y(ST)Yv cable is a solid solution for data transmission in control systems and digital transmission. The construction with twisted pairs, protected by a shielding foil, minimizes electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable communication. This cable is distinguished by its flexibility and durability, thanks to the multi-wire construction of the cores (class 2). Made of high-quality polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it is resistant to mechanical damage and weathering. The possibility of use in wet and humid rooms, outdoor installations and underground expands its range of applications.

Construction and user properties

The cable consists of 16 cores, arranged in 8 pairs. Each pair is shielded with foil, which ensures high resistance to interference. The cores are made of unannealed copper, which guarantees good electrical conductivity. The outer sheath made of PVC provides protection against mechanical damage and weathering.
