This black H07RN-F power cable with a cross-section of 1x120 mm² is a solid solution for both professional installers and end-users who need reliable power in harsh conditions. The cable is designed to operate in demanding environments, offering flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage and weathering.

Construction and properties

The H07RN-F cable is characterized by a construction that ensures high durability and safety of use. It is made of stranded copper conductors, surrounded by EPR rubber insulation, and the whole is covered with a durable chloroprene compound. This construction guarantees resistance to abrasion, stretching and the action of oils. The conductor is identified in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308 – in the case of a single conductor, the color is black. This cable complies with many European standards, including DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21, DIN EN 50525-2-21, BS 7919 and IEC 60245-4.

This cable stands out with a wide range of operating temperatures – from -25°C to +60°C in flexible mode and from -30°C to +60°C in stationary mode. The permissible operating temperature of the conductor is +60°C. The operating voltage of the cable is 450/750 V (with protected laying, 600/1000 V is also possible). The cable has passed fire behavior tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1, as well as tests for insulation resistance to ozone (DIN VDE 0473-396, DIN EN 50396) and oil resistance (DIN VDE 0473-811-404, DIN EN 60811-404).

Thanks to its flexibility and durability, this cable is ideal for applications where resistance to mechanical damage and weather conditions is required. The minimum bending radius is approximately 4 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 7.5 x cable diameter for mobile laying. In the case of winding on a drum, the bending radius is 5 x cable diameter. This makes the cable easy to adapt to the shape of the installation without the risk of damaging the insulation.
