Rubber power cable H07RN-F 4G1 mm² black, conductor identification according to DIN VDE 0293-308 37044
Universal power cable for demanding conditions
This black, flexible H07RN-F power cable with a cross-section of 4G1 mm² is a solid solution for both professional installers and end-users. The cable is designed to operate in harsh conditions, offering reliability and safety in a wide range of applications. Its construction based on rubber insulation provides high mechanical and chemical resistance.
Construction and application
The H07RN-F cable is characterized by twisted copper strands, which increase its flexibility and facilitate installation. The insulation of the strands is made of EI4 rubber, and the entire cable is surrounded by a special, cross-linked EM2 outer jacket – this provides protection against atmospheric factors, oils and mechanical damage. This cable is used in craft workshops, construction sites, industry and anywhere where high flexibility and resistance to harsh conditions are required. It is suitable for powering power tools (drills, circular saws), construction machines and heating devices. It can be used in both fixed (with protected installation) and temporary installations.
Key features and benefits
- Durable construction: Rubber insulation and outer jacket provide high resistance to abrasion, tearing and chemical agents.
- Flexibility: Twisted copper strands make it easy to lay the cable even in tight spaces.
- Wide temperature range: The cable retains its properties in a temperature range of -30°C to +60°C (flexible) and from -25°C to +60°C (stationary).
- Safety: The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21, DIN EN 50525-2-21, BS 7919 and IEC 60245-4 standards, which guarantees its safe use. The working voltage is 450/750 V (up to 1000 V with protected installation).
- Core identification: The cores are color-coded according to DIN VDE 0293-308 standard – up to 5 cores colored, from 6 cores black with white numbering and a yellow-green protective core (in the case of cables with a protective core).
- Resistance to external conditions: The cable is resistant to atmospheric factors and oils – making it an ideal choice for outdoor applications.
- Minimum bending radius: Allows easy routing of cables even in tight spaces – flexible approx. 4 x cable diameter, movable laid 7.5 x cable diameter and wound on a drum 5 x cable diameter.
The cable cross-section is 4G1 mm². The operating voltage is 450/750 V (up to 1000 V with protected installation). The cable retains its properties in a temperature range of -30°C to +60°C (flexible) and from -25°C to +60°C (stationary). The outer diameter is approx. 9.2 - 11.9 mm. The minimum bending radius is approx. 4 x cable diameter (flexible). The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21, DIN EN 50525-2-21, BS 7919 and IEC 60245-4.
This cable is an investment in the safety and reliability of your electrical installations – regardless of whether you are a professional or a home user.
