Construction and properties

The H07RN-F cable is characterized by a construction compliant with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21, DIN EN 50525-2-21, BS 7919 and IEC 60245-4 standards. It has five cores with a cross-section of 16 mm², which allows for transmitting significant currents. The copper cores are twisted strands of class 5, providing flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The core insulation is made of EI4 rubber, and the outer jacket of EM2 rubber – this guarantees resistance to mechanical, chemical and atmospheric factors. Core identification is carried out in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308 – up to five cores colored, above five – black with white numbering, as well as the presence of a yellow-green protective core in configurations with three or more cores.

This cable is exceptionally resistant to external conditions – tests confirm its behavior during a fire (IEC 60332-1-2), resistance to ozone (DIN VDE 0473-396 / DIN EN 50396) and oil (DIN VDE 0473-811-404 / DIN EN 60811-404). This makes it perfect for demanding industrial and construction environments. The cable's flexibility (minimum bending radius approx. 4 x cable diameter) makes installation and routing easier even in tight spaces.
