Construction and properties

The cable is made of stranded copper conductors, providing good flexibility and ease of laying. The conductors are insulated with EI4 rubber, compliant with DIN VDE 0207-363-1 and DIN EN 50363-1 standards. Conductor identification is carried out in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308 – colored for up to five conductors, black with white numbering for more than five, and three or more conductors include a yellow-green protective conductor. The whole is surrounded by a special crosslinked EM2 outer jacket, which provides resistance to weathering, oil, and mechanical damage. The cable is tested for fire behavior in accordance with DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2.

This cable is characterized by high flexibility in the temperature range of -25°C to +60°C (flexible) and -30°C to +60°C (stationary). The permissible operating temperature of the conductor is +60°C. The cable can operate at a voltage of up to 750V (AC) or 1000V (DC) with fixed installation. The minimum bending radius is approximately 4x cable diameter for flexible laying and 7.5x cable diameter for mobile laying.
