Servo PUR cable for cable carriers acc. to UL/CSA TOPGEBER 512 PUR (3x(2x0.14)+4x0.14+4x0.23+2x0.5) mm² green 700540
This cable, designed for demanding applications in cable carriers, stands out with its exceptional flexibility and durability. Made from high-quality materials, it ensures reliable signal transmission in control and automation systems. The cable's construction is optimized for operation in energy chains, guaranteeing long-term performance even in harsh industrial conditions.
Construction and design features
The cable features a multi-core construction consisting of twisted copper strands, providing flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The cores are insulated with special polypropylene, and the whole is surrounded by a copper braid screen, minimizing electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, oils, hydrolysis, and UV radiation. The outer diameter of the cable is 9.6 mm. It is worth emphasizing the halogen-free materials used in production – this is an important aspect for safety and environmental protection.
Application and compatibility
The cable is ideal for use in encoders and feedback devices, where precise transmission of positioning pulses and operating characteristics of servo drives is required. It finds application in industry, machinery, control devices, and automation systems. It is compatible with SIEMENS (6FX 8008-…) and BOSCH REXROTH (INK INDRAMAT) standards, making it a universal solution for many applications. The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive CE (2014/35/EU).
Operating parameters
The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C during continuous operation and from -30°C to +80°C during installation and dynamic operation. The rated voltage is 350V, and the test voltage (50 Hz) between cores is 2000V, and between core and screen 1000V. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm/km, and the coupling resistance is at most 250 Ohm/km. The minimum bending radius is 6x cable diameter for fixed laying and 10x cable diameter during dynamic operation. Core/core capacitance is approximately 70 nF/km and core/screen approximately 110 nF/km.
