This exceptionally flexible SErvo topSErv 109 4x1.5 flexible cable is the ideal solution for applications requiring a large number of bends and high resistance to external factors. The PUR jacket construction provides not only mechanical strength but also resistance to oils, hydrolysis and UV radiation. This cable is particularly recommended for connections in servo motors, robotics and other industrial applications where reliability and long-term operation are crucial.

Construction and properties for demanding applications

The cable is designed with extreme working conditions in mind. It uses stranded copper conductors, providing high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The polypropylene insulation is halogen-free, which increases safety. An additional braided shield protects against electromagnetic interference, and a yellow-green protective conductor ensures user safety. The outer polyurethane (PUR) jacket is characterized by low adhesion, which facilitates cable routing in tight spaces.

The cable meets the stringent DESINA® standards, guaranteeing its high quality and compliance with safety requirements. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting, and are also resistant to cleaning and disinfecting agents in accordance with ECOLAB®. The cable is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, as confirmed by tests in accordance with DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2.
