Hybrid cable for motors and servo drives

This flexible TOPSERV® 113 PUR 4G4+2x1 cable, manufactured by HELUKABEL, is designed for use in demanding industrial environments, particularly in power and control connections for motors and servo drives. This cable combines power cores with a cross-section of 4 mm² and two control cores, allowing simultaneous transmission of power and control signals. This makes it an ideal solution where high reliability and compactness of installation are required.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. The multi-wire copper cores of class 6 (very flexible) are insulated with polypropylene. A synthetic fiber braid facilitates cable movement, and a screen of copper wires provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) is resistant to abrasion, oils, hydrolysis and UV radiation, making it suitable for operation in harsh industrial conditions. In addition, PUR is a halogen-free material, which increases safety in the event of a fire.
