This exceptionally flexible TGEBER512 cable, with a rated voltage of 350V, is designed for operation in demanding industrial environments, particularly in cable trays. The construction with a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket provides high resistance to abrasion, chemicals and UV radiation, which translates to a long service life and minimizes the risk of failure. This cable is ideal for dynamic applications where high flexibility and connection reliability are required.

Construction and application – tailored to the needs of modern industry

The cable consists of eight copper strands, twisted in class 6 (multi-strand very flexible), which ensures excellent flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The strand insulation is made of special polypropylene, and the entire cable has a copper braid screen (approx. 85% coverage) which minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC). This makes the cable perfect for applications related to the transmission of control and power signals in machines and automation equipment. These cables are used in connections for encoders, feedback couplings and in motor and servo drive control systems.
