The cable construction takes into account the specifications of servo manufacturers and VDE, UL and CSA standards.
Construction and application
The cable is characterized by a construction adapted to work in dynamic conditions. It uses multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), providing high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The power and control cores are carefully arranged, and their polarization facilitates correct installation. An additional copper braid screen (approximately 85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in precise control systems. The outer PVC jacket (RAL 2003 orange color) is oil-resistant and provides durable protection against mechanical damage.
This cable is ideal for applications requiring simultaneous power and control connections, such as those with braking or thermal protection functions. It is compatible with Siemens 6FX5008 and Bosch Rexroth INK systems.
