This specialized TOPSERV 112 PVC 4G2.5+2x0.5 flexible cable is designed for use in servo systems, offering a reliable connection for power and control cores. It is an ideal solution where simultaneous braking and thermal protection are required. This cable meets the high demands of modern, highly automated production processes where precision and reliability are key.

Construction and application

The TOPSERV 112 PVC cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-term operation. It consists of copper cores of flexibility class 5 (stranded), insulated with PVC or PP material (depending on the cross-section). Power and control cores are arranged to optimize length and facilitate movement. Additionally, the control cores are paired and shielded with tinned copper braid, which provides high resistance to electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is surrounded by a durable outer PVC jacket in orange color (RAL 2003).

This cable finds wide application in fixed and moving connections of servomotors, especially in Lenze, Siemens and Bosch Rexroth systems. Its construction complies with UL AWM Style 2570, CSA AWM and VDE standards, guaranteeing safety and reliability.
