This brown, single-core cable, made of copper, is an ideal solution where standard cabling fails. The HELUTHERM SiF cable is characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance to extreme temperatures, making it indispensable in demanding industrial conditions. The use of silicone insulation ensures not only safety but also long-term reliability.
Construction and properties
The cable is designed for harsh working conditions. Its construction is based on a multi-strand, flexible copper core (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), which provides high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to high temperatures (up to +180°C in stationary operation and flexibly from -60°C to +180°C) and to many chemical substances – oils, greases, solvents and others. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire and minimizes the emission of toxic gases.

The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500V, and the outer diameter of the cable is approximately 2.1 mm with a core cross-section of 0.25 mm². The minimum bending radius is 6x the cable diameter for fixed installation and 15x the diameter for flexible operation.
