Extreme application silicone cable
This single-core HELUKABEL SiF silicone cable is a solution for installations requiring flexibility and resistance to high temperatures. The cable is designed to operate in harsh industrial conditions where standard cabling fails. Thanks to the silicone insulation, it maintains its properties in both low (down to -60°C) and high temperatures (up to +180°C).
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a multi-strand copper core with a cross-section of 0.25 mm², which ensures good conductivity and flexibility. The core is tinned, which further protects it against corrosion. Silicone insulation guarantees not only thermal resistance but also resistance to many chemical substances – oils, greases, solvents and others. The cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases. The rated voltage is 300/500V.
