Special application silicone cable

This single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in extreme temperature conditions, both low and high. It is characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal choice for demanding industrial applications. Made of copper with silicone insulation, it ensures reliable and safe operation in harsh environments.

Construction and properties

The cable meets DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards, guaranteeing its high quality and safety. The core is made of flexible stranded copper class 5, providing good conductivity and easy installation. Silicone insulation provides resistance to high temperatures – up to +180°C in stationary operation and flexibly from -25°C to +180°C. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, increasing fire safety. Its outer diameter is approximately 2.3 mm with a cross-section of 0.5 mm². The cable has a rated voltage of U0/U 300/500 V and has passed dielectric strength tests (min. 5000 V).
