Single-core silicone wire, high temperature resistant SiF 1x0.75mm² yellow-green 23413
Silicone cable for demanding conditions
This flexible, single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in extreme temperatures and harsh industrial environments. It features high resistance to chemical and mechanical factors, making it an ideal choice for applications where standard cables fail. Made of copper with silicone insulation, it provides a reliable connection and long-lasting operation.
Construction and properties
This cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards. Its construction is based on a multi-strand, flexible copper core (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), which ensures high flexibility and resistance to bending. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to high temperatures – both in stationary operation (up to +180°C) and flexible operation (up to +180°C), as well as in low temperatures (down to -60°C). Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in case of fire – it meets the IEC 60332-1-2 standard. The rated voltage is 300/500V, and the test voltage is 2000V.
Applications
The cable finds wide application in various industries: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. Halogen-free properties also make it suitable for installation in power plants. Thanks to its resistance to oils, greases, alcohols and other chemicals, it can be used in environments exposed to contact with aggressive media. The minimum bending radius is 6x the cable diameter for fixed installation and 15x the diameter for flexible operation. The core cross-section is 0.75 mm², and its approximate outer diameter is 2.6 mm.
