Single-core silicone wire, high temperature resistant SiF 1x1.5mm² yellow 23608
Special application silicone cable
This single-core silicone cable is characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance to extreme temperatures. Designed for applications requiring reliability in harsh conditions, it finds wide use in various industries – steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement, ceramic, and power plants. Made of high-conductivity copper and silicone insulation, it ensures safe and efficient energy transmission.
Construction and properties
The cable is designed according to DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards. Its construction is based on a multi-strand, flexible copper core (class 5), which ensures high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to high temperatures (up to +180°C in stationary and flexible operation) and low temperatures (down to -60°C). Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in case of fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases. The rated voltage is 300/500V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 3 mm with a core cross-section of 1.5 mm².
Applications and benefits
SiF cable is ideal for applications requiring high flexibility and thermal resistance. It will work where standard cables fail – in heating devices, industrial furnaces, high-temperature lighting, or installations exposed to contact with oils, lubricants, and other aggressive chemicals. Its halogen-free nature makes it particularly suitable for use in public places and industrial facilities with increased fire safety requirements. Thanks to this, installers can be sure of the reliability of connections even in the most demanding conditions.
