Silicone cable for demanding conditions

This single-core silicone cable is a solution for installations where standard cables fail. Designed to operate in extreme temperatures, both low and high, it performs well where flexibility and resistance to external factors are key. Made of copper with silicone rubber insulation, it provides a reliable connection in harsh industrial conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a flexible, stranded copper conductor, tinned class 5, which facilitates installation and ensures good conductivity. Silicone rubber insulation guarantees resistance to high temperatures (up to +180°C in stationary operation and +200°C temporarily) and to oils, greases, acids and other chemicals. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in case of fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases. The rated voltage is 300/500V. The outer diameter of the 1x10mm² cable is approximately 6.9 mm.

The HELUTHERM SiF cable is ideal for applications in industries: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. It will also be useful in power plants and everywhere where resistance to extreme temperatures and chemical factors is required.
