Silicone cable for demanding conditions

This single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in extreme temperatures and harsh industrial environments. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to chemicals, making it an ideal choice for applications where standard cables fail. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards, ensuring safety and reliability.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of flexible class 5 stranded copper wire, which provides exceptional flexibility and resistance to bending. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to high and low temperatures – from -60°C to +180°C in stationary operation, and even up to +180°C in flexible operation. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire and minimizes the emission of toxic gases. The rated voltage is 300/500V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 3.6 mm with a wire cross-section of 2.5 mm².
