Extreme application silicone cable
This flexible, single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in a wide range of temperatures, both low and high. It is perfect for demanding industrial conditions where standard cabling fails. Made of copper with silicone insulation, it provides reliable and safe operation in harsh environments.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a flexible class 5 stranded copper conductor (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Silicone insulation provides resistance to high temperatures (up to +180°C in stationary and flexible operation) and to many chemical substances – oils, greases, solvents, acids and alkalis. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in case of fire and minimizes the emission of toxic gases. The rated operating voltage is 300/500V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.5 mm with a cross-section of 25 mm².
