Silicone cables for extreme conditions

This multi-core HELUTHERM SiHF cable, with silicone insulation, is designed to operate in demanding conditions where standard cabling fails. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to high and low temperatures, making it an ideal choice for industrial and specialized applications. This cable complies with DIN VDE 0250 part 1 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-83 / DIN EN 50525-2-83 standards, guaranteeing safety and reliability.

This cable is distinguished by its flexibility, which facilitates installation even in hard-to-reach places. Made of stranded copper wires, it provides good electrical conductivity. The color coding of the cores according to DIN VDE 0293-308 makes it easier to identify individual wires during assembly and maintenance. The outer jacket made of special silicone rubber in brick color provides additional protection against external factors.

This cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² has 10 cores, allowing for the implementation of more complex electrical installations. Its outer diameter is approximately 13 mm, and the permissible operating temperature ranges from -60°C to +180°C (short-term up to +220°C). The rated voltage U/Uo is 500/300 V, ensuring safe operation in standard electrical installations. The minimum bending radius for flexible installations is 7.5 x cable diameter, and for fixed installations – 4 x cable diameter, which facilitates assembly and minimizes the risk of mechanical damage. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km, ensuring high quality electrical connection.
