This multi-core HELUTHERM SiHF cable, made of high-heat-resistant silicone, is an ideal solution for applications requiring reliability in harsh conditions. Construction and properties
The HELUTHERM SiHF cable is designed for durability and safety. It consists of multi-strand copper conductors insulated with special silicone. The conductors are twisted in layers, and the whole is surrounded by a protective silicone coating in brick red color. This construction provides not only excellent electrical properties but also resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety and minimizes the emission of toxic substances in the event of a fire.
This cable stands out with a wide range of operating temperatures from -60°C to +180°C (short-term up to +220°C), which guarantees reliability even in the most demanding conditions. Its flexibility, provided by the multi-strand conductor construction, facilitates installation and routing. Silicone insulation provides resistance to oils, greases, acids, alkalis and other chemicals. The cable is halogen-free and complies with standards PN-EN 60754-1 and PN-EN 60754-2, making it safe for the environment and health. Rated voltage 300/500 V ensures versatility in various electrical installations. Conductors made of copper, twisted according to class 5 according to PN-EN 60228 provide good electrical conductivity. Conductor color coding according to DIN VDE 0293-308 facilitates the identification of individual conductors during installation. The cable has a brick red coating.
