High-temperature silicone cable – reliability in extreme conditions

The HELUTHERM SiHF 3G0.5 mm² cable is a flexible cable with silicone insulation, designed to operate in harsh conditions where standard cabling fails. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to high and low temperatures, making it an ideal solution in demanding industrial applications. This cable complies with DIN VDE 0250 part 1 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-83 / DIN EN 50525-2-83 standards, guaranteeing safety and reliability.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of multi-strand, twisted copper conductors, coated with high-quality silicone insulation. The cores are identified by colors according to DIN VDE 0293-308, which facilitates installation and servicing. The outer jacket made of silicone provides additional protection against external factors. Thanks to this, the cable retains its flexibility even at extreme temperatures – from -60°C to +180°C (short-term up to +220°C). Importantly, this is a halogen-free cable, which increases fire safety.
