Silicone cable for extreme conditions
This multi-core cable with silicone insulation is designed to operate in demanding conditions where standard cabling fails. It is characterized by high temperature resistance, both in low and high ranges, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of industrial applications. Construction and properties
HELUTHERM SiHF 4G0.75 mm² cable has a construction ensuring reliability and durability. It consists of four flexible and twisted copper cores, insulated with special silicone. These cores are arranged in a center and surrounded by an outer silicone coating in brick red color. This construction provides flexibility and facilitates installation even in hard-to-reach places. Importantly, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety and minimizes the risk of toxic gases in the event of a fire.
- The cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range – from -60°C to +180°C, and can withstand up to +220°C for short periods.
- Multi-strand core construction provides high flexibility, making it easier to route cables in tight spaces.
