Highly durable silicone cable for extreme conditions.
This multi-core silicone cable is designed for applications requiring high thermal resistance and flexibility. It meets UL Style 4476 and CSA AWM II A/B standards, guaranteeing its reliability in harsh industrial environments. This cable is ideal for where standard wiring fails – in environments with high temperatures, exposure to chemicals, or requiring high flexibility.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a construction that provides exceptional durability and safety. It has 16 tinned copper conductors, class 5 (flexible stranded) with a cross-section of 2.5 mm². The core insulation is made of silicone, and the outer jacket is also silicone, providing resistance to high temperatures – from -60°C to +180°C (short-term up to +220°C) and low temperatures. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 22.6 mm. The cores are identified by colors according to DIN VDE 0293-308, which facilitates installation and servicing. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor from 3 cores and more.

- Safety: it is halogen-free (compliant with DIN VDE 0482 part 267/DIN EN 50267-2-1/IEC 60754-1) and does not spread flames (compliant with DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1 and CSA FT1). In the event of a fire, it leaves a SiO2 coating.
- Rated voltage: The cable is designed to operate at voltages up to 500V (VDE U0/U 300/500 V and UL/CSA 600 V).
