High-temperature silicone cable – reliability in extreme conditions
This 5-core silicone cable, with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², is designed to operate in demanding environments where standard cabling fails. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to high and low temperatures, making it an ideal choice for industrial and specialized applications. The cable meets UL/CSA standards, guaranteeing safety and compliance with stringent regulations.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 5), covered with silicone insulation. The outer jacket is also made of silicone, providing additional protection against external factors. The cores are longitudinally twisted, and the protective conductor (yellow-green) is present from 3 cores and above. Core marking is done according to DIN VDE 0293-308 – black or colored cores with white numbering, which facilitates identification during installation and maintenance. The cable is halogen-free, increasing safety in the event of a fire – during combustion, a SiO2 coating is formed instead of toxic gases.

The core cross-section is 2.5 mm², and the outer diameter is approximately 12.4 mm. The rated voltage U is 500 V. The cable is designed to operate at a working voltage of 300/500V (VDE) or 600V (UL/CSA).
